Returns & Exchanges

At the Babylon Bee Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if your order isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure items are in their original, unwashed condition to qualify for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
